Project Overview
Kaputt agency ( a Berlin based video production agency) contacted me to animate their logo in a looped hypnotising way, so that it can be used on their contact page like a DvD screensaver. Knowing the complexity and the details of this logo I animated it frame by frame (traditional animation) (bringing a textured hand-drawn look to the final project) matching the first and last frame to make it look like it's infinite. I first used after effects to have the rotating motion of big shapes as a reference. Then I drew on my tablet every frames by hand moving the arms and legs trying to keep as much as the perspective so it doesn't look like they are turning flat while moving.
